TECHNOLOGY UPDATE: It has been determined that Bernice Ayer Middle School's most urgent technology needs are as follows:

6 Laptop computers for classrooms@ $1,365 each

1 Networkable printer for library @$575

2 LCD Projectors for classrooms@ $700 each
These purchases will total $10,165. All of these purchases will either replace aging equipment that is no longer under warrantee, or enhance what is already in use. We would like to thank all the families that have participated thus far in our Fundraising Efforts. We have raised approximately $3500 to date for Technology.
PTSA FUNDRAISERS:
ALBERTSON’S & RALPHS: One of our easiest fundraisers is Community Partners with Ralphs and Albertsons. We currently only have 22 families signed up. With your participation we have the possibility to raise $10,000-$20,000 with this effort alone.
Family, Friends & Neighbors can all link their cards for Bernice Ayer Middle School. Look for flyers coming home. Please take the 5 minutes to link your cards. Contact Susan Goggins 366-3361 with any question. She is happy to help you through it. Then have your student bring your confirmation or your grocery receipt to the Student Store for a reward.
UPCOMING EVENTS IN NOVEMBER:
TILE WALL FUNDRAISER: If you missed the first time around, here’s your second chance. During the month of November, purchase a Tile Voucher in the office ($35 check payable to BAMS PTSA) & take it in to paint at Fired Up in San Clemente on El Camino Real at your convenience.
PTSA MEETING: Wednesday, November 19th, 9:00 am in the Conference Room
SWEATSHIRT SALE & COMMUNITY PARTNERS LINK: Stop in to buy a sweatshirt and link your grocery cards. November 20th & December 2 3:00pm - 5:00pm on Campus.
BAJA FRESH DAY: Tuesday, November 25th - Go to the Baja Fresh on Pico anytime between 11:00am – 9:00pm and drop your receipt in the donation box.
EVERY TUESDAY: Jamba Juice / Box Tops Drop-Off / Ink-Cartridge & Cell Phone Recycle Drop-Off
