After School Program

Office Notes:

* Sign-ins - Please sign into the office and get a visitor's badge before coming onto the campus to visit with your child or volunteer in the school. We will be checking anyone who is not wearing a visitor's badge and requesting their compliance with this request.

* Call in sick line - Whenever your child is absent, please call the sick line to let us know the reason for the absence. The number is 364-2173. If you don't call in, please be aware that we will be calling you to ensure the safety of your child.

* Numbered Parking Spaces - We have ten visitor's parking spaces in the school parking lot. All numbered spaces are assigned to Hankey staff members (unless marked otherwise). If the visitors' spots are taken, please park outside on Nubles. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.

* Pick-up/Drop Off - In an effort to minimize traffic accidents, you are reminded to stay in your automobiles when waiting for your children so you can continually move up the line so newer cars can come in behind your car. This will minimize the cross traffic and help cars get out of the line once they pick up their children. If you want to socialize, please park your cars on the street. Do not socialize at the drop off and pick-up line. Please keep the line moving. This will help everyone. Thanks.
