Dear Parents,
Today we had EBS success! Your children spent the day going through
our EBS
(Effective Behavior Systems) program. EBS
is a behavior management program
where the desired behaviors are modeled for students. The kids were
very well
behaved and helped make the day successful!
Students viewed EBS skits, participated in EBS jeopardy, attended
a discipline
assembly, and learned about School Loop, agenda use, and SSR (Silent
Sustained
Reading). All students received their agendas in their math classes
today as well.
Thank you for sending your students with packed lunches. Our lunch
lines were
small and went very fast. We spent the day introducing the 3R's
of RESPECT,
RESPONSIBILTY, and READINESS to students
and we look forward to working
together with you to model and promote the 3R's throughout the year.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Smalley
