Super Scientists

Science provides the opportunity for our students to learn about the world they live in. Our curriculum provides learning objectives at each grade level in the areas of physical, earth, and life sciences. Students are taught to use the scientific thinking processes of observation, comparison, inference, organization and communication. Science also extends into literature, writing, and math as students research and write reports, gather data for graphs, and investigate concepts through hand-on experiments.

Our annual Science Fest celebrates the joy of learning through science. Students and their families are encouraged to participate in scientific investigations at home. Our 5th grade classes conduct their experiments in small groups in the classroom.This year students explored living organisms. All of the experiments are displayed in our school library for everyone to enjoy!
