Options Introduction
Note
the three tabs at the top of the screen: Home,
My Students, My Profile. Each one is clickable
allowing the user to toggle between three different interfaces. |

- Personalized
Welcome Screen: Hello, Tania Odes
- Note the
District Links box provided for user convenience
plus a link to Parent Resources;
an area which contains useful forms and information especially
for parents.

MY
STUDENTS:
Families
with more than one student can easily navigate between each student’s
records (i.e. parents do not have to logon multiple times to
view each child’s records).
Adding
a Student(s) to Your Profile:
- A valid
Student ID and PIN combination must be entered before continuing.
(if unsure, refer parents to the
letter received from District).
- To add
multiple students click the yellow “Add Student”
text on the Add Student tab.

- A
Window appears requesting confirmation that you want this student
added to your profile. Click the Add button. The student
is added to your account. You can toggle between students using
the drop down arrow.

Once
the correct combination of Student ID and PIN # has been accepted,
the student is added to the profile and the user can then view
attendance, semester grades, unofficial transcripts, and course
schedule:

PROFILE
- This
screen enables the user to easily update their personal information
such as: address, phone number, email address and password.
- Click
the Update
button at the bottom of the window when complete.

Please
note that in the event of an email or address change you will
also need to change information directly with your student(s)
school. This service is in no way connected to the records maintained
at school offices.
