DATES: Monday, June 23, 2008 through Thursday, July 24, 2008 (22 Days)
HOURS: 8:00 am – 11:00 am (General Education)
8:00 am – 12:00 pm (Special Education)
SCHEDULE: Monday through Thursday (School sites closed on Fridays)
Note: Reilly and R.H. Dana ENF Severely Handicapped Classes follow the regular full day schedule. SDC non-categorical preschool classes are held 8:00-10:00 AM or 10:00 AM -12:00 PM. SDC Structured preschool classes are held 9:00 AM -1:00 PM and IBI is scheduled 8:00-9:00 AM or 1:00-2:00 PM.
ELIGIBILITY: CUSD students currently in Grades K-4. Priority will be given to those students who have been retained, are recommended for retention, are at risk of being retained, or are performing below grade level in reading. Students will be recommended by school personnel. A letter and application will be sent home encouraging your child to attend if they meet the criteria.
ATTENDANCE: Regular attendance through the entire 20-day session is expected.
The following schools have been identified as sites for the 2008 CUSD Summer School program. Students must attend their assigned summer school location as detailed in the table below:
