School Supply List 2007 - 2008

Dear Truman Benedict Parents,

There will not be a “supply kit” order program for the school year 2007-2008; instead, the PTA consulted the teachers for all grades and compiled the following lists for you. However, please keep in mind that the basic classroom supplies are provided by the school and buying additional supplies is voluntary. Remember to refer to the list for the grade your child will be entering in the fall. Please note that your individual teacher may request a few additional items for his/her classroom in the fall.

Kindergarten

No advance purchase of supplies is necessary. The kindergarten supply list will be explained to the parents during the first week of school. At that time, parents will have an opportunity to contribute to the needs of the classroom.

1st Grade

1 Crayons 16 count
10 #2 HB American pencils
2 Med. pink erasers
2 Glue 8oz. (i.e. Elmer’s)
2 Large glue sticks - .88 oz.
1 Scissors 5” Sharp
1 Box Tissues 160 count
1 Baby Wipes 80 count
1 Broad Washable Markers – 8 count (i.e. Crayola)
