• Sets standards for technology use for students and instructional staff
• Assists school sites with the acquisition and implementation of technology grant awards
• Acts as a liaison between IT staff and Instructional staff
• Develops instructional technology staff training and assessment programs
• Plans, organizes schedules, and supervises Technology Resource Teachers
• Works with individual sites to develop and implement specialized technology initiatives
