Mission and Vision for VDMS

Mission Statement:
It is the mission of Vista del Mar School to unite school, family and community in a collaborative learning environment with the primary purpose of supporting student learning, while building character, ensuring a safe, positive school atmosphere, and developing the individual talents of each student. Working together, we will establish mutual trust and a sense of belonging in our community.

Vision Statement:
We believe that the most promising strategy for achieving the mission of Vista del Mar School is to function as a Professional Learning Community. We envision a school in which staff:
