Professional Services Agreement, Independent Contractors Agreement & Master Contractor's Agreement

 

 

There are two options when hiring a consultant as an independent contractor or a professional for services rendered.  It depends on whether the contractor will be paid with District funds or by an outside organization.  The hiring of an independent contractor or professional for services must also be approved by the Board before work can begin.
