VEBA (the trust that adminsters our insurance) offers Vision coverage is through Vision Service Plan (VSP). No ID card is issued with this plan. To find your VSP coverage, in-network providers will be able to locate your coverage with your name and SS #. Create an online account to access a virtual ID card and more!
