- Health deductions are taken on a tenthly basis (highlighted amounts on the rates sheets), which means employees only have ten deductions per year. However, the plan coverage is for the full twelve months per year.
- CSEA 9.5 month employees do not have deductions on their June 30th (CE) or July 10th (CL) and July 31st (CE) or August 10th (CL) paychecks.
- All other employees do not have deductions on their July 31st (CE) or August 10th (CL) and August 31st (CE) or September 10th (CL) paychecks.
