Purchasing

Evidence of auto liability insurance that meets the minimum requirements for the State of California is required of all contractors/vendors who drive and/ or park on CUSD school sites.

 

Individuals may provide a copy of their evidence of insurance card.

Companies whose employee's will drive and/or park on CUSD school sites, or companies whose employee's will not drive, but park on CUSD school sites may complete a certification form. Certification Form
