GWA forms must be submitted at least 20 days prior to the course(s) start date.

Employees MUST request their transcripts to be sent to HR through the link above to be considered for column advancement!
- University transcripts must be emailed to transcripts@capousd.org from the university. Transcripts sent to the employee's email address and forwarded are not considered original, and will not be accepted for column advancement.
