Facility usage is dependent on state guidance and is subject to change at any time given the level of COVID transmission in Orange County.
School facilities are provided primarily for the education of students and that use will always be given first priority. District facilities are available for community use when the activity is consistent with the best interest of the district and does not interfere with the regular conduct of the educational program.Since school district financial resources are limited and community use of facilities can result in significant costs, the district may recover some or all of these costs pursuant to Education Code Section 38134.
 
Be advised that a nominal fee will be assessed to outside groups requesting facility use in the district. Please refer to the fee schedule found under Community Links. Additional custodial support is required for all after-hours and weekend use: $46/hour, minimum 3-hours.
Approval Process

Approval Process

All Facility Use Requests must be submitted at least 15 working days prior to the requested date, along with required insurance certificate and evidence of non-profit status. Submitted requests are sent directly to site administration for review prior to being routed to the District office for final approval and permit issuance.
Billing

Billing

Billing occurs the month following an event. A District invoice will be sent via US Mail. All payments shall be remitted by check to the District office:
