What do I do if my child lost, damaged or defaced their bus pass or a bus stop change* is needed?

*A bus stop change is subject to availability and safety.
 
Give the bus driver a check or money order in the amount of $15.00 in a sealed envelope (cash is no longer accepted) or pay online via e-funds. Checks should be made payable to CUSD Transportation. If paying online, you must send an email to buspass@capousd.org with the confirmation number.

Once your payment for a replacement pass has been processed, the bus driver will give the bus pass to the student within 24-48 hours. The student may continue to ride during this time.
 
 
Entregue al conductor del autobús un cheque o giro postal por la cantidad de $15.00 en un sobre sellado (ya no se acepta efectivo) o pague en línea a través de e-funds. Los cheques deben hacerse a nombre de CUSD Transportation. Si paga en línea, debe enviar un correo electrónico a buspass@capousd.org con el número de confirmación.
Una vez que se haya procesado el pago de un pase de reemplazo, el conductor del autobús le dará el pase de autobús al estudiante dentro de las 24-48 horas. El estudiante puede continuar montando durante este tiempo.
