Field Trip and Dispatch Office

The Transportation Department fulfills thousands of requests for traditional field trips, athletic, health science courses, after school programs, tutorials and CBI trips for Special Education.

Although the Department must first meet home-to-school obligations, every effort will be made to provide support for field trip transportation. If District resources cannot meet school site demand, outside agencies will be solicited.

However, all transportation arrangements, including outside Charter Agency arrangements, must be facilitated through the Transportation Office.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A FIELD TRIP TO AN UNUSUAL LOCATION, OUTSIDE NORMAL HOURS, OR THAT REQUIRES SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION PLEASE CONTACT TRANSPORTATION DIRECTLY AT 949-234-9972 OR VIA EMAIL USING
THE TRANS-DISPATCH GROUP.
