Per BP 9150, Student Board Member, a CUSD student is appointed for a one-year term by the Board of Trustees. The Student Board Member may provide input on matters pertaining to students' ideas, viewpoints, and reactions, to the educational program. The Student Board Member may cast a preferential vote on all matters except those subject to closed session discussion.
