Self Service Password Recovery (SSPR)

The SSPR allows staff to easily recover a forgotten password. It requires you to first REGISTER your account and associated information (mobile phone number, alternate email address or verification questions). Once registered, you will be able to use SSPR to change a forgotten password or update to a new password.

In order to access District resources outside of the District network or on a personal device you will be required to authenticate with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) which required a mobile phone number to be registered in the SSPR. Click HERE for more information about Multi-Factor Authentication.

New users will be automatically prompted to register in the SSPR when logging in for the first time.
